dreamy days
perfect location breakfast variety
the location was perfect for exploring the town, offering convenience. the breakfasts had superb variety with helpful staff. toiletries including shampoo and conditioner had very good quality, so there was no need to bring these.
our room was high up and we were unable to look out of the window. the chairs and desk in the bedroom were far too large for the size of the room also. it seemed disappointing.

the hotel offers a restaurant with fantastic meals and very friendly employees. there is also a terrace for drinks, allowing guests relaxation. its location facilitates easy access to local attractions.

my room included a very comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. the air conditioning was adjustable, ensuring a lovely temperature. the bathroom featured a big shower and spacious layout.

the staff seemed very attentive, helpful and professional. the check in lady were really good too find us the best room. the team ensured we were well taken care.

Excellent City Center Stay
central location complimentary water breakfast choice a la carte dishes
The hotel's location was central. It was close to many shops and restaurants. My room came with a complimentary bottle of water each day. The breakfast had lots of choices, like a la carte dishes.
My check-in wasn't very warm. The staff didn't acknowledge my return visit which was disappointing.

The breakfast staff was super friendly and caring. Valet service was available and efficient. Staff quickly parked my car and handled luggage. I appreciated the efficient check-in process I experienced.

The Junior Suite was really a good size. It worked well for a short stay. The decor seemed modern yet still retained an andalusian feel. I enjoyed the spacious, comfortable bathroom. It was lovely.

The hotel had a fantastic central location, the Old Town began right outside. Despite this central location, the hotel remained quiet inside. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.

delicious porridge friendly staff
The breakfast was fabulous. i especially enjoyed the porridge, it was particularly delicious. all the staff were really good. They were professional, attentive, polite and very friendly.
the hotel lacked personal touches and basic amenities in the room, it felt bland!

my junior suite was very comfortable! it featured a spacious, modern bathroom, warm oak floors, paneling, and necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, so i enjoyed the overall design.

the hotel is a lovely oasis in a busy area! everything was within easy walking distance from the hotel, it made exploring the area very convenient, and the area felt safe.

a balanced stay
clean room polite staff city center bland rooms dark room missing hook
the room decor was beautiful and clean. the staff was polite. the hotel is close to restaurants and a short distance from the harbor.
I found there were no personal touches in the rooms. No water was in the room upon arrival. the rooms feel bland. our room looked out onto a wall very close to another set of windows so it felt dark. the bathroom lacked hooks for bathrobes.

balcony door poor breakfast
I found some issues . there wasn't a handle on the balcony door. the blackout lacked guidance from the hotel. The room block was pitch black with no torches. the restaurant service was slow. Food arrived lukewarm and raw after over an hour. the breakfast selection was quite poor too.

adjustable air conditioning spacious shower practical wardrobes
the room had adjustable air conditioning, a plus. there were two wardrobes available in the room, i found this very practical. the shower was large, it also included a rainfall showerhead.
The hotel lacks open spaces. There isn't a patio or garden.
