poor soundproofingfirm bed
I was disappointed the room lacked soundproofing. every noise from the hallway echoed into my room. the bed was too firm for my liking. It made restful sleep difficult. also the minibar was empty upon arrival and not refilled i found this inconvenient. the lack of these amenities detracted from the overall experience. it's a shame because the location is really great and the hotel has potential to be better.

The check-in was very fast. My room had all necessary amenities. I found the food selection to be great. The hotel had many options. The hotel is located near the beautiful Marina so it's easy to walk around and explore.
I noticed that the gym's equipment was broken, with exposed wires. It was unsafe. I think the hotel should check the facilities to ensure guest safety.

There was always a good variety of food options available for all meals. I noticed the buffet included meat, fish, pasta, pizza, salads, pastries, and desserts. The food seemed fresh. The restaurant offered something for everyone.

The staff worked hard. They were always helpful and friendly. Reception provided very efficient check-in service. The cleaning maids were really helpful, they kept the rooms clean and tidy.

The hotel is close to the marina which has restaurants, shops and entertainment. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes. I found the location really convenient for exploring the area. It was perfect!
