Functional Stay with Great Brunch
food selection convenient location
I appreciated the excellent breakfast and brunch served until 1 pm. There was a great selection of fresh food, both hot and cold. The location was also quite convenient, very close to the city center and the train station, this was an ideal base for exploring the area.
The noise level was a significant issue. The walls seemed very thin, and i could hear neighbors clearly, particularly at night with doors slamming and loud conversations. This made it difficult to get a restful sleep.

The room was functional and clean. The linen and towels were changed often. The bedding and pillows had a strange smell to them, i suppose I had a bit of bad luck this year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist was really nice. One day we came back at 3pm and it still hadn't been cleaned but we needed showers etc so partner found cleaner to get clean towels and told them not to worry about the clean that day

The hotel offered a 5-hour long brunch with lots of food choices. This included a great selection of fresh food, both hot and cold. The hotel also allowed takeaway food to be eaten on the premises.

The hotel provided an app. It allowed guests to scan various restaurants that provided takeaway services. The pool area had sun loungers and an outside bar. There was also free parking around the hotel.

The room was spacious I booked was a Double Room Sea View & Unlimited Brunch. The views over the sea were amazing I could see the sunrise. The unlimited brunch was great it had green smoothies yogurt and fruit.
The pool was tiny with a limited amount of sunbeds I noticed. The hotel offers a coffee machine but there were no cups . I feel more staff at reception would help especially if someone only wants information.

Excellent Brunch and Great Amenities
great size renovated bathroom wonderful balcony
The room was a great size I loved the newly renovated bathroom and the wonderful balcony with sea views. The staff offered fast check in and friendly service. The brunch had an enough choice of food and the bar prices are reasonable too.
The room got very warm because the air con was set at 25°c so I had to open the balcony door every morning.

I found the staff very lovely and available when needed. The hotel is located very close to restaurants and the beach. I loved that the staff was helpful and the service was fast.

The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the bus station. A supermarket is conveniently located right next door. The hotel is within a five minute walk from the town centre making it easy to explore.

The room was spacious and always clean. The beds were comfortable with maid service provided every day. I found the room to have plenty of hanging space and a large safe.

friendly staff healthy choices amazing view
the staff were so friendly. breakfast goes until 1:30 pm. there are so many choices, also healthy. i also had a seaview from the 11th floor, it was an amazing view!
the air con wasnt that strong. the room got warm so i had to keep the balcony door open.

the hotel has laundry. it also has luggage storage. i used a microwave in a chill out area, they also had plates there and cutlery for anyone to use, it was really helpful.

the train station is about 7 mins walk. it takes around 10 mins to get to the airport by train. malaga is about 15 mins away, it is a perfect location.

super clean bedroom fresh food attentive reception helpful staff
i found the bedroom super clean, with super clean bedding. the food was delicious and fresh with a fantastic choice. brunch is open until 1:30pm (a great plus!). sonia at reception was attentive and helpful, we had everything we needed.
i noticed the hotel does not provide refrigerators in the rooms, a slight inconvenience with the warmer temperatures.

the family room included two separate rooms. this setup gave our daughter her own space, a feature she appreciated very much. the rooms were basic, but very clean.

The room was very clean. The unlimited brunch offered good variety, including fruit and croissants. The power shower worked very well (i enjoyed it).
The pool area opens late at 10am. The restaurant staff could be ruder at times. There was no fridge in the room, which i found inconvenient.
