fantastic getaway, was so great
beautiful groundspool policytribute actgood variety
the grounds are beautiful with many pools i loved the no sunbed reservation policy they enforced it well there were notes left on towels and belongings moved to a collection point i really liked the evening entertainment including the soul band and tribute acts. the room cleaning was great beds and towels were changed daily it felt very fresh. i had a good variety of food offered i would book half board next time.

this place is near the beach shops cafes and restaurants this makes it easy to get around and find what you need the area felt safe and accessible which is a plus for families it's well connected too.

surprising holiday

the staff were very helpful and friendly, i felt at ease. there are plenty of pools and i usually got a sun bed. the hotel followed through with their ' no sunbed' reservation policy, which i found very effective.

the rooms were kept really clean by the staff , i noticed. one room for three had to be changed , as it really couldn't accommodate the third bed the hotel had added.

the hotel has beautiful grounds and is in a great beach front location , i appreciated. it is easy to access the beach. the hotel is conveniently located near the promenade.

dated furniturepoor soundproofing
the rooms were, how shall i put it, underwhelming. the furniture looked like it had survived a small war, and the tv seemed to be stuck in the analog era. also, i found the soundproofing non-existent i could hear every word from the next room, including their questionable taste in music. this made sleeping a bit of a challenge.
