a romantic getaway

My room was nicely sized, a real treat after a long journey and it had a private terrace. the beautiful garden area had loads of terraces. A perfect place to enjoy the sunshine. the comfy bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the area was surprisingly serene.
the reception area often had huge queues, a real inconvenience. it seemed they never put enough staff on, quite difficult to get assistance and the staff seemed unhappy.

The breakfast offered a wide range of choices. carlos, the egg chef, was always nice and patient. He prepared eggs to order, even when very busy! the food standards are great.

Ana at reception is a gem. She was lovely when we arrived and helped us with our questions. our towels were changed every day, and the beds were. luggage storage was available too.

the grounds are beautiful with many pools i loved the no sunbed reservation policy they enforced it well there were notes left on towels and belongings moved to a collection point i really liked the evening entertainment including the soul band and tribute acts. the room cleaning was great beds and towels were changed daily it felt very fresh. i had a good variety of food offered i would book half board next time.

this place is near the beach shops cafes and restaurants this makes it easy to get around and find what you need the area felt safe and accessible which is a plus for families it's well connected too.

the staff were very helpful and friendly, i felt at ease. there are plenty of pools and i usually got a sun bed. the hotel followed through with their ' no sunbed' reservation policy, which i found very effective.

the rooms were kept really clean by the staff , i noticed. one room for three had to be changed , as it really couldn't accommodate the third bed the hotel had added.

the rooms were, how shall i put it, underwhelming. the furniture looked like it had survived a small war, and the tv seemed to be stuck in the analog era. also, i found the soundproofing non-existent i could hear every word from the next room, including their questionable taste in music. this made sleeping a bit of a challenge.
