i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the pools were consistently clean and well kept. the hotel food had a fantastic choice of both food and drinks (i especially enjoyed the desserts). i would definitely consider staying here again for a future vacation.

the room walls seemed quite thin as i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms.
