My room had a great view of the sea. I liked listening to the sound of the waves from my room. The room air conditioning kept the space cool. Carolina at reception was very helpful with customer service.

The gym was often busy, making it difficult to access all the equipment I wanted to use.

The room was clean and acceptable.

The evening buffet was disappointing. The selection was limited. The quality was not good. It was probably the worst buffet I've ever had at any hotel. This meant I had to eat out. It added unexpected expense.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

fine view super clean room kind staff entertaining performance

The location offers fine sea views I found particularly appealing. The cleanliness of my room impressed me the housekeeping staff maintained it super clean. The bar staff was very kind making the experience enjoyable. I found the Sunday female singer delivered a very entertaining performance.

The family pool faced a slight closure , a minor inconvenience.

the room offered a nice view from the balcony, appreciated.

the breakfast buffet was like a chaotic free-for-all.. getting a cup of coffee was a chore due to the long queues at the two machines. i found the overall quality of the food to be mediocre, not what i expect from a 4-star experience.

Excellent Seaside Stay

modern gym direct beach access separate sink shaded section

I found a modern gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel provided direct beach access which was convenient. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The main pool area had ample loungers and a shaded section, which I really liked.

The lifts were sometimes slow, causing minor delays.
