great breakfast selection casual seating clever lifts small gym poor hygiene dirty carpets

The breakfast had a great selection of food. There was lots of casual seating on the ground floor. The lifts seemed clever.

The gym was very closed and small. The hygiene in the access areas to the rooms was not ideal. I noticed the carpets in the corridors were not clean.
