i found the staff very cute and helpful they were always ready to assist with any questions the food selection was diverse with fresh options available daily the cleanliness throughout the hotel was noteworthy i saw staff constantly maintaining the premises the pools were a definite highlight very clean and inviting.
i noticed that the gym equipment was a little outdated but it did not detract much from the otherwise superb facilities.

fantastic stay with amazing staff

i had such a wonderful time here the pools were so clean and refreshing i always found a free sunbed i really liked the entertainment team because they were so enthusiastic and fun i joined in with many activities. the location was awesome for me two beaches and lots of shops are close by i not sketchy at all and relaxed
the all-inclusive drinks tasted watered down especially in the evening it was not a big deal but it would have been nice to have stronger cocktails

my apartment was spacious and very clean i found the beds comfortable and the bathroom was well kept the balcony offered a great space to relax after a long day by the pool it was very convenient.

i enjoyed the variety of food available the buffet offered many choices at each meal i always found something delicious to eat the fresh fruit was a highlight and i especially loved the desserts each day.

the staff were always happy and ready to help all the staff were friendly the reception staff quickly answered my questions and the bar staff made great drinks i really felt welcomed there.

the hotel location is great, very close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. the ting ting train is convenient to explore around, costing €3.50 for adults into town. suitcase lockers after checkout are available, very practical.. the coach from the airport took around 1hr 30 mins.
the apartment needs updating. the shower leaked a lot all over the bathroom floor. the fridge door looked very rusty. kitchen cabinets need renewing. we also noticed lots of ants in rooms.

I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, it was perfect. the staff offered excellent service. requesting extra pillows was effortless. They arrived promptly. there were always sufficient sunbeds available by the pools . i also liked the close proximity to the beaches.
i observed that the all-inclusive drinks menu had limited choices. a broader selection would enhance the overall experience for all guests.

I was charmed by my clean apartment. Maid service was also fantastic. If we were still in the room, they would come back at another time to replace towels and make beds.
I found only one bar available to supply the whole resort, and it was understaffed. This meant I had to queue for a drink every time. Some staff were helpful, but most seemed rude to me.
