I found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel features a backup power source. It was unaffected by a power cut. I appreciated the bathroom design. It included a shower area and a separate bathtub. I was pleased the hotel upgraded our room.

I found the menu in the restaurant fairly basic. I considered the prices for meals high.

I was a bit disappointed. The room had a strange layout. A column was right between the bed and the desk, it. The sink was also oddly placed outside the bathroom itself, in the corridor area. the room could have been better designed.
