The room size was quite small. I barely had space to move around, frustrating, especially with luggage. the lack of an elevator was a real problem. I had to carry my bags up several flights of very steep stairs.

The staff greeted me with such warmth, it reminded me of visiting old friends. I particularly remember the delicious breakfast, a good start to each day. The location allowed easy exploration of the area's hidden gems. The proximity to the canal created a great backdrop.

The staff was very helpful. They quickly offered help with my luggage. i could make tea or coffee anytime using their great machine! a lovely continental breakfast was provided! i could even sit out on the balcony.

the stairs up to reception were steep and quite quirky, i was helped to carry my luggage up. the room i had was uncomfortably small, there was almost no space to get off the bed. i was at risk of hitting my head against the tv screen!

the location was really central. the staff carried my bags up the stairs, this was a HUGE help. breakfast had MANY good choices and fresh food. the room was clean.

The hotel location was very close to a nice shopping area. The room I stayed in was clean. Breakfast had several good choices, I liked that.

The single room reminded me of a corridor that lead to a tiny space. It was difficult to move around the room. The light was dim. This gave the room a strange vibe.

i found the staff were available 24/7. i also appreciated the welcome drink and the coffee machine. it was really useful anytime i needed a quick refreshment. my room was perfectly very comfy and tidy. the heating was adjustable and quick, a convenient feature.

the single room was a corridor. it led to a tiny space. the bed barely fit. it was difficult to move around.
