the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and that was acceptable
the room servicing was nearly non existent so fresh towels weren't provided the general look was tired and lacking maintenance even the outside walkways needed better care too

the breakfast offered many choices.. even gluten-free options were available. i found the staff to be very friendly, especially those working in the soft play area. my grandchildren enjoyed the pool with its wave machine. disco and quiz nights offered entertainment.
i thought the room needed a really deep clean. while acceptable, it could have been cleaner.

The staff allowed an early check-in and positioned rooms close together for my friend and me. The room was very clean and the location offered easy access for skiing. I found several good food options nearby. The hotel also provided a nice variety of quality breakfast items.
The pool's water was too shallow for swimming! there was barely any space. There were enough amenities, though.

The room was quite worn. Dirty marks spotted the walls, PLUS the furniture seemed old and chipped. This. Also. room service did not replenish tea/coffees and milks etc, a SIGNIFICANT oversight. Duvet covers was too small for the duvets. THIS is unacceptable.
