The room looked quite worn. Dirty marks spotted the walls, PLUS the furniture seemed old and chipped. This. Also. room service did not replenish tea/coffees and milks etc, a SIGNIFICANT oversight. Duvet covers looked too small for the duvets. THIS is unacceptable.

The pool and waterslide provided entertainment. The shopping center offered convenience and variety. The staff were friendly. The hotel provided everything needed for young families and went the extra mile to. I really appreciated that.
The hotel could benefit from a deep clean, as some areas felt a bit outdated.
