solid hotel experience
excellent location good views
the location is excellent. a tram stop sits directly outside, offering easy access to the central area. the museum district is also very close. the room had a fridge which i appreciated, and i had good views of the city.
the shower in the room was somewhat old. the water temperature fluctuated even when the taps were untouched. every few minutes, the water became too hot for a short period, about twenty seconds.

the staff stored my luggage on arrival and departure days. this allowed me to explore the city freely. there was also a guest lounge, that offered coffee throughout the day.

the hotel is located right on prinsengracht, a beautiful canal. it allows for very easy access to the city centre, with public transportation being available directly outside the hotel. this location is ideal.

helpful staff perfect location canal view central location
I found the staff very helpful. They provided excellent directions. The location was perfect, and it made travel to various attractions easy. The Junior Suite Canal View had great views. I really liked that the hotel was centrally located.
The street noise was quite loud at night. It was noticeable even on higher floors

The hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. A continental breakfast is available for a fee. The tram stops right outside the hotel, it allows easy access to the city.

The staff assisted with restaurant recommendations and directions, I found that to be a plus. They offered adapters when I forgot mine. The check-in process went smoothly. I am thankful for their kindness.

The location was great. I could walk to many places. The breakfast had a wide selection of choices. The quality was high.
