convenient location helpful staff local transportation
The location was convenient. I easily walked to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with directions.. They also provided useful information about local transportation. I appreciated the proximity to key city sights.

friendly staff clean room central location steep stairs poor pillows damp towel
The staff were very friendly upon arrival. rooms were clean. Towels were changed daily. the hotel's location is central to everything i needed.
the stairs up to rooms were very steep with small steps. it is not good for anyone with any type of disability. the pillows on the bed were poor and the towels smelled damp.

tour meeting points steep staircases
The room included two beds, exactly AS requested. The location was close to most tour meeting points.
The staircases were steep and there wasn't a lift available!
