small room crowded breakfast area
my room felt a bit small. i also found the lack of a fridge inconvenient. the breakfast area was crowded and somewhat chaotic, it was hard to find a clean table.

Convenient Central Hotel
central location friendly staff luggage storage
I found this hotel very centrally located. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Walking to Dam Square took only a few minutes. The train station was also a short walk away. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout. This allowed me to explore more before my train.
This was somewhat disruptive. It would have been better to know about this in advance.

central location, great experience
twin room breakfast buffet convenient location
I enjoyed my twin room. it was located on the third floor. Everything was new. The breakfast buffet offered a lot, fresh cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs and fruit. Cereals, granola, yogurt and juices were available too. I walked from Central Station to the hotel. It took ten minutes, even with bags.
I encountered an issue . The floor in my room wasn't vacuumed during my five-day stay. The bed was made, but the bathroom sink was not wiped down. The lift was broken for two of the five days. Taxis had trouble finding the location too.

The twin room was well kept, with modern decor. I appreciated the comfortable beds and the ample space for luggage. The room included a television with access to several international channels.
