the location was excellent, near many restaurants and a park. i found the staff to be super friendly and helpful with local tips. the room featured wall decorations with pop culture references, i found it interesting. i enjoyed the quirky arcade aspect with available game consoles and a good game catalog.
The room smelled of smoke, even after reporting it. The fan worsened the odor. i was told to just use the extractor fan and no one followed up.

I appreciated the hotels location. It's close to many restaurants and stores. The Albert Cuyp Market has wonderful food options. Tram lines provide transport into the city center and museums.
My room was rather small. I felt a bit confined.

the staff provided good recommendations for local spots near the center it was nice. gaming in my room was unique and enjoyable every minute of my stay. the hotel staff were friendly and approachable i appreciate that.
my room was small compared to the price i paid so it was expensive. there were no drawers to put clothes i found that annoying. the floor was uneven i found such a thing weird in a hotel

The room was small I must say. The bathroom had mold. The ventilation clearly struggled to keep up, as it was quite humid in there. A fan was the only option for cooling so the room got uncomfortably hot. The noise level was high and the bed seemed a tad small for two people all these factors definitely affected sleep quality.
