audible street noise limited variety
The staff was friendly and the location met my expectations. It was indeed close to many attractions.
The noise levels were rather irritating , especially at night. I found it hard to sleep. The sounds from the street were very audible. Also , the room service menu was not excellent and lacked variety.

the staff treated us well. the location was central to everything. the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. evening cocktails the hotel hosted were a wonderful way to rest before heading out for the evening
there were minimal room service options.

The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The location was central providing easy access to many attractions.

my superior double room canal view offered great views. the location gave easy access to local spots. the room had fresh towels and clean linens everyday. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

warm doorman private area canal view
The doorman greeted me warmly upon arrival. the check-in area felt private and comfortable. our room had a superb view of the canal. Sun streamed in. the breakfast selection was great and high quality.
room service options were limited. the choices felt basic. i expected more variety. the hotel corridors felt a bit outdated. a refresh would improve the atmosphere.
