superb stay near schiphol!

helpful staff spacious room comfortable bed lovely shower

the staff was so friendly and helpful, even when i arrived late at night! my executive room was very spacious and the bed felt amazing. i particularly loved the shower. the free drinks were a wonderful and unexpected surprise. i checked in very efficiently.

The bathroom doors have rather large gaps. It's a bit odd

The hotel features a convenience store. it sells snacks, candies, and drinks at reasonable prices. the location is near the train and bus station. This makes travel into the city quite simple.

The check-in was efficient. Any breakfast buffet concerns were professionally resolved by the manager. a staff member turned around a table with a sharp nail to avoid damage to clothing. i felt very valued.

I found the location quite handy, close to public transportation. The breakfast included many options. It was very easy to fill myself up before my busy day. I especially loved the executive double room. A sofa bed and a double bed are available in that room.

I found no room service available at late hours. That was unfortunate. The restaurant staff was rude. The TV did not work well in my room. Some of the plugs stopped working upon turning the light off.

train station snack shop

The location is near the train station. The station provides connections to the airport and Amsterdam Central Station. Trains depart approximately every five minutes. The hotel has a small shop near reception. I bought snacks there.

The coffee machine did not work. A bathroom towel was not clean.
