The staff mostly helped with inquiries .
The room was not ideal. The shower had temperature issues it fluctuated from hot to cold without warning. The room itself was very dark, even with the lights on, and I found the limited natural light quite depressing.

the location was alright. staff were nice.
the room was tiny. there was barely any space for luggage, it felt more like a single occupancy room. also, the bathroom lacked some basic amenities, like a toothbrush and cotton swabs. refilling tea and sugar in the mini bar wasn't done regularly. it felt a bit neglected.
