Excellent Location and Service
friendly staffsilent acworking shower
The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Emilio and Francisco). The room was a nice size. AC worked silently. Windows blocked outside noise. The bathroom and shower worked well.
The wifi signal was inconsistent at times.

The hotel enjoys a perfect location near the metro station. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to main attractions. Numerous restaurants are nearby for convenience as well (it's nice to have so many options!).

reliable stay downtown
helpful servicecity heartwarm air
the service proved very helpful from the beginning. i had asked if checking in early was posible, and they welcomed us. the staff secured our luggage safely after checking out as our train departed late afternoon, so i could explore the area longer. rooms included even an extra bed, i find big bed size, the location was perfect at the city's heart, and everything was within walking distance.
the ac did not work appropriately. even though it was warm, it was giving only warm air , made my night tough. i was not able to open the window as there is a shop right across and the smell comes continuesly. also, the windows are not sound proof at all, and you could hear everything happening in the busy street.

Reception operates 24/7, i see it provides assistance at any hour. the staff offers luggage storage. I found it useful before check-in and after check-out. concierge services exist, and it assisted with local information.

the hotel location was acceptable and within walking distance to some attractions.
my room was uncomfortably hot the entire stay i could not adjust the temperature, and opening the balcony door only let in excessive noise all night, it was a total disaster.

i totally loved the location. it was super central. the breakfast selection included tasty bread and fresh fruit. i found the staff really helpful. they gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants. the room included modern amenities plus a very comfy bed. i appreciated also the daily housekeeping service.
the elevator was kinda slow sometimes.
