the location was really convenient, perfect for getting around.
The air conditioning didn't work well. It was uncomfortably warm. they just gave us a fan when i complained, which wasn't enough. also, the balcony door didn't close properly and eventually started falling off. It wasn't fixed despite multiple complaints. i had to sleep with the door open, and they offered no real compensation for the inconvenience.

The hotel location and overall quality stood out. A water refill station was conveniently located just outside my room. The room offered a view of the square, and listening to the public piano from the open window was a treat.
The bathroom lighting was not well designed. I needed to sit to get adequate light on my face. The bathroom also lacked sufficient towel hangers.

Although they have a restaurant , they do not serve dinner. Constant QR code demands were required for anything. The information provided on the TV guide was incorrect and the app did not provide enough detail.
