the room was smaller than i expected. there wasn't any breakfast included. it made eating out more expensive. also, the staff wasn't very helpful and seemed uninterested. i found that quite disappointing. the wi-fi was spotty during peak hours and i struggled to get a stable connection. this affected my ability to plan my next day's activities.

the LOCATION was acceptable , close to many shops and restaurants.

I WAS asked for a damage deposit. It has not been returned yet. The hotel website mentioned a bar that serves breakfast , but there was no bar. Staff locked the doors when the receptionist left the desk , preventing guests from entering or leaving.
