the location was pretty great i think. it was close to many things, and the metro was super handy. the room were real clean when i get there. the shower was nice and powerful too, something i really like.

the air con wasnt great i think. it did not work well one night, and i end up being very hot. also, they open the door without knock, and i was in the bathroom, then shut it quick without say sorry. the room was small, it were hard to put my suitcase.

The location provided convenient access to metro and buses. Many dining options were nearby. The cleanliness was lovely. It was like a tender embrace. I found the two free drink vouchers were a much appreciated gesture.

The hotel is surrounded by high residential buildings nearby. I booked a superior twin room for four nights. I was disappointed that my room faced a big white wall with no view. One of the staff spoke to me loudly. This sounded a bit impolite when I requested a better room.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area! Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It catered to all tastes and included many options. I received a complimentary drink upon arrival, such a nice touch! The location near the metro green line made accessing everything easy.

The lobby was a bit small, but it wasn't a big issue.

The staff were really professional and spoke English well, which I appreciated. Joseph, Mateo and Demetri at the front desk offered excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. The receptionists kindly stored my bags upon early arrival and after checkout.

The room was nice and neat, with lots of pillows. The room was refreshed daily, and it was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring I slept well each night. The hotel provides bottled water in the room.

The hotel's bar area had beautiful greenery all around and included an indoor and outdoor space. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of choices, with nothing much missing. A mini market and nice cafe bars were conveniently located very close to the hotel.
