The staff guided us in english. They were very helpful. the room was very clean, and the towels and sheets were clean as well. the beds were comfortable.

I had to pay to leave my luggage there after i checked out. I didn't have to do that in paris.

the location was great. it was very convenient and close to many places to eat. the shower was also great. i enjoyed the nice room and found the staff to be wonderful

i found the bathroom items to be very basic. there was no shampoo provided. the powdered milk was horrible. i also felt there were insufficient tea bags.

the hotel features a great location, near the sagrada família and a metro station, so getting around was easy! the staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave good directions and tips for local restaurants. the rooftop terrace offers great views of the city! i found the breakfast selection had many options, something for everyone.

the air conditioning in my room was not effective and it became uncomfortable at times, especially during the day.
