Wonderful stay with local flavors

The restaurant stood out with its variety and quality of local dishes. I could savor authentic regional flavors, and it really enhanced my cultural experience. The staff was also very attentive, and they assisted my mother, who has mobility difficulties, by providing a wheelchair and helping her get around.

Housekeeping entered my room without proper notice on two separate occasions even with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed. The first time, I was undressed and had to ask her to leave. This disregard for guest privacy is unacceptable.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Rooms include air conditioning, (which worked well). The housekeeping team was attentive and nice. Rooms offer sea views.

Staff members spoke several languages. The staff were generally friendly and very helpful. Beach staff offered excellent service (thanks to fares!). Reception staff ensured everything went smoothly.

ineffective acinadequate labeling

The AC was ineffective. It struggled to keep the room cool enough. the food labeling in the buffet was inadequate. It was hard to identify dishes, especially regarding allergens. I found this problematic, especially during peak hours when everything felt chaotic (it's important to know what they are eating).
