Excellent Stay with Nice Service

I found the food selection quite varied with fresh options daily. The animation team maintained a lively atmosphere. Ahmed, the MC, showed passion and dedication. The staff were friendly and helpful from reception to housekeeping, I felt very welcome.

The hotel has direct access to a sandy beach. The beach gently slopes into the sea. This makes it suitable for swimming and sunbathing. I also noticed the hotel is conveniently close to the city centre.

My room featured a comfortable XL-king sized bed. The room also had a walk-in shower. I noted that there was a sea view from the room. I slept soundly in the quiet environment.

The gym provides adequate equipment for a workout. The pool area includes sun loungers and umbrellas. I also used the towel service which required a deposit. The deposit was easily refunded upon return.

Okay Stay, Some Issues Though

The room wasn't great initially. The safe was broken and the bathroom was not ready when I arrived. There was dust under the mattress. It just was not very clean. Eventually, I got another room, but the AC did not work. I do have some complaints about some hotel facilities.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the hotel has a private beach area that i definitely enjoyed. it was great that the hotel is close to many shops. i appreciated the available taxi service just outside the hotel.

the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

My room included a comfortable bed and a mini-fridge for storing drinks. It had a tv with international channels for entertainment. the air conditioning worked very well ensuring a comfortable temperature. The bathroom had a clean shower and fresh towels were provided daily.

Check-in was quick. It took only 5 minutes. our room was large with a balcony (i appreciated the fresh air), twin beds had clean white linen, and the bathroom featured soaps and shower gel with clean, fluffy towels. the hotel offers a large dining hall, and i found a wide variety of food to suit every taste.

the wifi was strong in common areas, but it was weak in the bedroom.

The hotel location near the private beach was wonderful. I liked having multiple bars offering diverse beverage options. The animation team provided many fun activities each day and the waiters were very kind. I will definitely return.
