charmed by this hotel
friendly staff polite waiter clean rooms helpful housekeeper
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the restaurant waiter, ismail, was very polite, cute, and always ready with a table for us. he guided us through the variety of foods and kept a smile, i liked that. boucha, our housekeeper, kept our rooms clean and changed towels as needed (great service!).
the bar menu lacked variety and some drinks were not available. i was looking forward to a margarita but they didn't have it.

our room included comfortable beds and a super clean bathroom. fresh towels were provided daily, and the air conditioning worked effectively, which i definitely needed. the room size was adequate for two adults and one child.

the hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. i especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant that had a varied menu. there is also a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weights for those who want to stay active (i tried it!).

questionable cleanliness recycled dishes
the location was pretty good, i guess.
Honestly, the cleanliness was questionable. I found hair in the bathroom. the food was also a letdown. The buffet seemed to recycle the same dishes every day. the service was rather slow too. It took ages to get a drink by the pool.

bland food repetitive entertainment
the rooms was regulary cleaned it was nice to come back too each day.
the food was often bland not much flavor. the drinks tasted watered down i doubt there was any real alcohol in them. the entertainment at night was very repetitive too i saw the same show multiple times in one week.

charming hotel with friendly staff
helpful staff outdoor pool
the staff were helpful and cute i got lots of information on excursions. a small group went on the quads for £30 each from 9:45 am to 12 pm it was a very good experience. the staff around the outdoor pool were friendly they constantly asked if we needed anything or wanted any drinks from the bar the food was lovely providing something for everyone.

the food was delicious and varied each day with a lot of different options on offer at the buffet restaurant. there was a wide selection to suit varied tastes with food for all ages. the food was well presented too.

the hotel is situated in a beautiful spot and it has direct access to the beach. the beach is clean and inviting which is an added bonus. the location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

comfortable mattress polite staff constant top-ups
The hotel provides mattresses and towels near the pool. I saw the entertainment team was very active. They wanted everyone to participate and knew people who just wanted to relax. The bar staff often refilled drinks and were polite.
I noticed some areas needs updating.
