The room was a Double Room Sea View, and the view was Amazing!!! I loved waking up to the ocean every morning. The food was AMAZING, particularly the breakfasts with SOOO many options. The hotel also offers a fish spa, and Youssef provided wonderful service there.

The hotel boasts multiple outdoor swimming pools. It includes a large indoor swimming pool too. I saw tennis courts and gyms on the premises. Direct beach access is a great amenity, I noticed security presence. A beach bar and restaurant are available for use.
I noticed that sometimes there were problems with coca availability. It seems they only served the light version. A waiter even yelled at my wife. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

The receptionists offered us a warm welcome (i appreciate their kindness). My room had an excellent sea view. The hotel and my room were both very clean.
The bar staff were not very friendly, in my opinion. All drinks, except water, were served in small quantities. I found that quite awkward. There was no water available at the gym. (i had to bring my own)

This hotel is very clean. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The fish pedicure offered by youssef is amazing. I had a great foot massage and he is a funny guy. I will definitely come back in the summer.

the staff are great. feradous and rafita helped get late checkout and an upgrade to a sea view room. the pool area is amazing and the beach even more so. the staff at the beach bar, lifeguard, and security personnel are all cute and friendly (they really help you get your sunbed ready each day!).
the only thing i would improve is to add more vegan options to the open buffet. i am vegetarian so it would be good to have more variety for me.

the fitness center included three treadmills! a weight machine stood nearby. i noticed the main restaurant provided a diverse buffet! it had several themed nights. the hotel offered direct beach access! with readily available loungers.
The elevator near my room made a strange noise sometimes. It worried me a little.
