friendly staff clean beach attentive service unfriendly woman separate sleeping area hotel claim

the staff was friendly. the beach was clean with lots of space to relax. the service was attentive and always ready to help.

the woman at the reception was unfriendly to my mother. we booked and paid for a room with two separate sleeping areas. the hotel claimed this was not possible initially.

spacious rooms clean linen uncovered food missing labels

the rooms were spacious and offered great comfort i found the washroom modern it was kept very clean. fresh linen and towels were provided daily this ensured a pleasant experience.

the main buffet had issues with flies landing on uncovered food it was difficult to enjoy meals. some dishes were not properly labeled i was often unsure of the ingredients or type of food it was.

fresh juices quality food

The food was diverse. Fresh juices were available for breakfast. I noticed high-quality Tunisian food at the resort. The beach enhanced the experience.

The floors did not seem adequate. Many parts looked in poor condition for a supposed 5-star hotel.

mixed feelings about this stay

faulty room card overdue maintenance

The room card repeatedly failed. i had to return to reception multiple times for resets. additionally, several aspects require updating and modernization. The hotel shows its age. maintenance is clearly overdue, which impacts the overall experience.

excessive noise unbearable volume

The beach was well maintained with comfortable sunbeds.

The noise level was EXCESSIVE. Music played at unbearable volume all day. I found it IMPOSSIBLE to relax anywhere, even in my room, because of it. This noise continued until 11pm EVERY night and was very annoying.
