I had a wonderful time here. the staff consistently greeted guests with warm smiles. the buffet provided a great selection, even for picky eaters. i especially appreciated imed, the guest experience manager. He ensured everything met high standards and offered great recommendations for excursions (a very nice man).

The wifi was inconsistent. It worked well in the lobby and pool area but not reliably in my room.

the staff was attentive and the service was fast. receptionists were well-mannered. housekeeping maintained high standards (sabrina was particularly professional). i always found team members to be helpful and polite.

the main restaurant has many food and drink options. there were delicious choices. i recommend the tunisian restaurant. the buffet included plenty of options and attentive staff brought drinks and cleared plates (especially nice touch).

The staff really impressed me. They were very helpful. The entertainment team was hard working. Their multiple languages. The food had great diversity. Asian, Italian and Tunisian options were available. I found vegan and gluten-free choices so everyone could eat and enjoy.

The patio doors were quite stiff. It was difficult to open them easily.

Our room featured a functional layout, including two separate sinks and a well-lit vanity area. There was a small seating area with a table and two chairs. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed had quality linens.

The staff was amazing. Ezzet and Nawfel.). The food was great and there was much choice at the buffet.

The hotel didn't provide straws at the bars. The shows could have been better, they weren't for everyone, I think.

The staff were very helpful, especially the waiters around the pool. They really tried.

i paid extra for a star prestige upgrade, but the room felt dated. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. i ended up cutting my trip short because of the discomfort. that's really disappointing when you expect more.
