An okay stay overall

The room was clean. It had a balcony that gave me a splendid sea view. The staff were friendly and seemed eager to help with directions.
The corridors lacked notices. There was quite a bit of noise at night because of this. I found it hard to relax after dinner because of the sounds.

the front desk staff, including olfa, always greeted me warmly. taieb helped me find a great local restaurant! cyrine, the guest relations manager, was helpful and funny, she really were great too assist me.
The hotel did not provide kettles in the rooms. There were only a few available for the entire hotel. it made preparing a simple cup of tea in my room quite difficult!

The reception staff showed great hospitality. They were cute and efficient, always ready to assist with requests. the dining staff ensured tables were clean and promptly cleared plates. Their attention created a pleasant dining atmosphere. housekeeping maintained the rooms well.

the hotel is situated a short distance from the shopping area, it allowed for convenient access to local shops. the surrounding area featured well kept gardens, a great place for a calm walk. the beach was accessible and close.

The food choices were quite varied. There were different options for everyone, all fresh and tasty. the chef prepared high-quality dishes, and the restaurant cleanliness was noteworthy. the waiters were always smiling, they always seemed willing to help.

The animation team organized many activities and shows. The waiters were amazing and friendly. They always did their best to serve guests.
I found the reception staff quite rude and unhelpful. The air conditioning in the room barely worked. It was uncomfortable at times.
