i had an upgrade to a larger room with a sofa. the balcony provided a view of the pool and sea. the area was mostly quiet, and the wifi worked well. i found nice common areas with comfortable furniture. the breakfast buffet offered many options.

I found the outdoor pools quite crowded. It was challenging to find available loungers even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked.

The hotel benefits from direct access to a beautiful, long beach. the sea is clear and gently sloping. this setup makes it perfect for a relaxing seaside vacation. Though some may prefer more secluded beaches.

The breakfast offered a very good selection of items. Though the dinner buffet was average. i found the zafferano restaurant to be very good. i also noted that the staff in the restaurants and bars were generally attentive.

the hotel personnel were mostly discreet, courteous, and professional, without exception. the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms well. the staff provided assistance with sunbeds and umbrellas near the pool, though i had some issues.
