Charming Stay in Djerba!

beautiful architecture spacious bedroom varied option

I appreciated the hotel's beautiful architecture and gardens. The spacious bedroom with a balcony offered lovely sea views. Breakfast featured excellent and varied options at the restaurant. There were many choices!

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. I could not adjust the temperature. The room remained at 24C. I wished it was cooler at night.

The staff provided excellent customer service and were helpful. The cleaning staff kept the rooms impeccably clean! The attentive ground staff maintained the grounds well and were polite.

I liked the large outdoor pool and the Thalasso Spa! The hotel offered direct access to the beach. I used convenient toilets placed throughout the grounds, so convenient!

excellent amenities and service

larger room sofa bed quiet area breakfast buffet

i had an upgrade to a larger room with a sofa. the balcony provided a view of the pool and sea. the area was mostly quiet, and the wifi worked well. i found nice common areas with comfortable furniture. the breakfast buffet offered many options.

I found the outdoor pools quite crowded. It was challenging to find available loungers even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked.

The hotel benefits from direct access to a beautiful, long beach. the sea is clear and gently sloping. this setup makes it perfect for a relaxing seaside vacation. Though some may prefer more secluded beaches.

The breakfast offered a very good selection of items. Though the dinner buffet was average. i found the zafferano restaurant to be very good. i also noted that the staff in the restaurants and bars were generally attentive.

the hotel personnel were mostly discreet, courteous, and professional, without exception. the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms well. the staff provided assistance with sunbeds and umbrellas near the pool, though i had some issues.
