the reception staff was friendly , compensating for the hotel's age. the hotel location is PRIME, across from the park and near the center. i was upgraded to a corner room with a view of the ice rink. the room was large and well maintained , though showing its age.

the hotel features a spa with a large gym, equipped with functional machines. a coffee and pastry place and a great night bar are available on the ground floor. despite the age, the maintenance keeps it clean.

i appreciated the warm welcome at the front desk. the concierge service was pleasant and helpful. breakfast offered many choices with pleasant wait staff. team members are lovely and helpful without exception.

the hotel is a short walk from the tourist and shopping area. a supermarket is around the corner , quite convenient for quick needs. stadtpark subway is directly across from the hotel offering easy access to various parts of the city.

The breakfast was great with many choices. Staff at reception assisted to get my room ready early. I loved steam room and sauna after a long day.
The room was small. It could have been improved with some maintenance. I saw some loose plugs and fittings. The towels had rips.

The location had such convenience for getting around. I walked to the art museum and St Stephens Cathedral. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk to historical venues.

the triple room was spacious and included a large bathroom (it reminded me of a home away from home). the room was super clean, something i really value. the breakfast buffet featured a plentiful selection of choices. the staff was cute.
