The location was very convenient with the city hall being a short seven minute walk away. The city center was also accessible with just a twenty five minute walk. The room was always clean and restocked daily. Breakfast and dinner were served with top notch service. Barak the restaurant supervisor was excellent!

i found the location great for exploring. efficient reception and helpful staff were available. the hotel was well maintained. room 206, a superior double, offered a comfortable and quiet experience.

a slight issue, the courtyard wasn't available at this time of year, but it wasn't a big deal.

the room seemed to suffer from inadequate soundproofing. i could clearly hear neighbor activity happening both upstairs and downstairs from my room. this banging was disruptive and made sleep difficult.

lovely central stay

the location was excellent for exploring the city center and museum quarter i found it very convenient i could walk to many attractions there was also a tram stop nearby making travel simple the hotel provided easy access to various parts of the city. the breakfast was extensive with many choices the bar was a cool spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

the glass door between the room and the bathroom lacked sound insulation and i could hear everything happening inside.
