scratched flooringdark restaurant
I was very disappointed with my room. the laminate flooring was scratched and battered. It needed replacement. there were no english tv channels, unacceptable for a supposed 5-star hotel, especially as access to streaming services should be standard. the restaurant was much too dark and trendy for a solo traveller who just wanted a quick meal.
the location was convenient. it was within easy reach of many attractions and restaurants. the included breakfast offered a generous selection of food items.
the housekeeping service needed improvements. i had to ask for coffee pods on multiple days. the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned , with brown water stains present in the shower.
