I really enjoyed my stay. the location was excellent. It was close to the center but on a quiet street. the staff was great and always ready to help (they offered great recommendations!). the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, i slept very well.
the shower had a very high tub wall. it could be difficult for some to get in and out of the shower safely.

the room featured international plug points and a choice of pillows with literature detailing each option. optional supplies like soaps and towels were available in the large and clean bathrooms. furniture and lighting were excellent.

The front desk team provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the staff's extra touch was noticeable. They made my wife's birthday special. their knowledge of the city was excellent.

the hotel provided an umbrella in the room, which i found very thoughtful. i found the bar very good, with well trained staff and some snacks on offer. the hotel also offered a parking service.

Breakfast was superb. Lots of choice and beautifully presented, you know.
The air conditioning was a joke. It barely worked. Milk in the room was curdled too. I had to go to reception myself to get fresh milk, can you believe that? Showers are in the bathtub also. A fall hazard for anyone slightly unsteady.
