“The Leonardo Hotel benefits significantly from its location directly across from Vienna's main train station, which I find ideal for both business and leisure travel; it simplifies getting around the city, and the pet-friendly policy struck me as a thoughtful touch. While some have noted minor issues like hard beds or late check-in, the overall package here is solid, and I believe the central location more than compensates.”

super convenient stay!
modern hotel comfortable room free water convenient location
I found the hotel very modern and comfortable. It has everything needed. the room i stayed in had a decent size and included complimentary water, a lovely touch. the hotel's location across from the train station made access from the airport easy. i would definitely stay again because of the convenient location.
i noticed the shower lacked a non-slip mat, this made me feel a bit uneasy.

the superior twin room i had featured twin beds and soundproofing. i also valued the availability of a water dispenser with sparkling water, accessible for refills. the quiet environment and nice view contributed to a relaxing stay.

the breakfast selection lacked variety. there wasn't much beyond the basics. also, the room's air conditioning struggled to keep up. it felt warm even with it running, and opening the window didn't help much!

friendly staff water vending machine slippery floor smoky entrance
the location was very close to the 'hauptbahnhof'. staff were super friendly. they even provided empty water bottles, and a water vending machine, so that people could use it. this was a very thoughtful service.
the shower room had no door. it was too small, and it got wet easily. the floor was slippery, and it was risky for accidents. too many people smoked in front of the main entrance so it was very smoky and dirty, this was bad for non-smoking guests.
