the room i stayed in was small, it really compromised my comfort. the heating system was broken and couldn't be turned off. as a result, i had to sleep with the window open despite the cold weather. it made it very unpleasant.

I celebrated my Ruby Wedding Anniversary . The hotel features a beautiful, traditional design and sits within walking distance of the Innere Stadt. Little touches made the celebration special and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent in the dining room.

I noticed a minor issue, that complimentary water was not offered in the room .

I appreciated the kind staff. The location was great. It was close to the underground train network. The city center was also a short walk.

The receptionist was not cute at all. They didn't seem to know anything tourist-related.
