my room was super clean it felt modern. the hotel is very clean the location is excellent. it is just a short walk from mariahilfer street staff at the reception were friendly.

the restaurant was closed without explanation it was frustrating. the parking area was very small it is not suitable for larger vehicles. i have a big car parking was difficult.

MODERN STYLISH Stay!

The hotel has A great location near public transport. The room included a record player, I enjoyed that. Breakfast included made-to-order omelets, a nice touch. Daily cleaning service was very good, I LIKE that.

I had to ask for SOAP. The shower lacked soap initially, I requested it on the first night. It was never refilled during the entire stay, this was inconvenient.

The hotel stands close to the city center, GOOD. Two metro stations are very close, which facilitates travel. The location is excellent for reaching different areas.

The room featured perfect soundproofing. Walls and windows kept noise out, I slept well. The bed was VERY comfortable and large. The AC worked well.

Breakfast offered an omelette station with custom omelets. A La Carte options were available, THIS WAS great. There were nice options to take disks to the room. The music all around added to the AMBIANCE.

The room lighting was inadequate. I found it hard to read or work comfortably. I had anticipated a quick check-in, but the reception staff seemed a little indifferent. Asking for an early check-in was to be met with some resistance, and an additional fee was requested.. it left a somewhat sour first impression.
