The hotel lobby radiated elegance! It included gorgeous chandeliers and heavy draperies. The staff were very friendly and efficient. My Executive Junior Suite Balcony was spacious, with a comfortable bed. It had a large marble bathroom!
The minibar price list was missing from my suite. The reception was notified, yet the issue remained unresolved throughout my entire stay. This lack of attention impacted my overall experience.

I found the historical accuracy of the historically accurate rooms good. The chandeliers added beauty to the hotel and rooms. They are located throughout. Our rooms were also a nice size, complemented by a modern bathroom. I also really appreciated the location near to the opera house. It allowed a quieter setting. This added to the fantastic atmosphere.
The bar service struggled one evening. They forgot our order after a twenty minute wait. It was disappointing. There was no concierge lounge available.
