inconvenient approach checkout issue

The minibar policy seemed strange to me. It was stocked from a marketplace in reception, an approach I found inconvenient. I paid for my rooms in advance. Despite that, at checkout, they told me "nothing to pay," but then charged me over €400. I got a refund, but it took effort (annoying!).

crowded buffet weak air conditioning

The breakfast buffet was so crowded it was hard to move around. I also found THE air conditioning to be quite weak. The room never really cooled down properly. it was annoying. I reported it, but nothing changed . This made sleeping uncomfortable. the staff seemed unconcerned about this issue.

the location is convenient , with easy access to transportation. i could walk to several attractions nearby. the room was spacious , equipped with usb ports for charging my devices , which i found practical. the staff was helpful , especially with directions and recommendations.

the selection of tv channels was SOMEWHAT limited.

i stayed in a king plaza room. the room had a comfy king bed. the bathroom included toiletries. the location was great, many main attractions were within walking distance! the staff was very helpful and proactive.

the air conditioning was set to heat during winter months! i received a fan. it did little to cool the room.

breakfast included a wide variety of options. the quality of the food and service was good. the executive lounge access with the penthouse package was excellent, with included breakfast and drinks.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i found the hotel location very central to points of interest. the gymnasium included updated equipment and was very clean.

the elevator was slightly slow.
