The breakfast included loads of food. Hash browns WERE great. The bed felt big and comfortable. The pillows felt fabulous too.

There was no room service available. The fridge was the SMALLEST i have ever seen. I had to pay for more coffee pods.

the reception staff was professional. nicholas especially was great. the hotel's location is super, situated in front of the river and near the train station (it was easy to get around).

i booked this hotel partly for its roof terrace. i was traveling solo before joining a river cruise and planned to have cocktails there while watching the sunset. the second night i went up, there was only a seat around the side, away from the river and sunset views, so i moved when a table became available.

the breakfast offered a wide selection (i liked the fresh fruit). the rooftop bar had a great view of the river and the city. i found the staff helpful, especially with directions and local tips. the metro stop right outside was also very convenient.

The check-in process was a bit slow. There seemed to be some confusion at the front desk.

The hotel is near a subway station and in walking distance to the city center. I found many bars and restaurants around the hotel. My room was quiet and its size was optimized. The breakfast selection included good coffee.

Housekeeping was not good. The room cleaning was insufficient.
