The hotel is in a excellent spot. It is just across from the Palais Niederosterreich. Access to cafes and museums is easy. The staff are helpful and responsive. Breakfast have friendly staff.
Sheets werent very clean. the sheets we got after housekeeping were dirtier. Guests before us left bottle caps and corks on the floor. Those were not cleaned for 3 days.

The staff was super helpful always. They assisted immediately when anything was needed. The reception staff was helpful with all requests. They were really kind to all guests.

The bathroom cleanliness was concerning. I observed mold in the shower. The room's air conditioning did not work well, made the room uncomfortable at times. The lack of temperature control affected my overall stay.

I really liked the great location. It is easy to explore many attractions since they are so close. The rooms had a good size. The bathroom floor was heated. I thought the included amenities worked very well.
I found black mold in the shower. It was not appealing.

The front desk was very helpful and quick. The breakfast ladies kept everything stocked. The staff was warm and cute to every guest. I feel that this hotel provides great service.
