excellent stay
big room comfortable bed helpful staff
I loved the room. It was very big. the bed was very comfortable! i liked the heated floor in the bathroom also. the staff was always helpful and smiling.
The duvet cover was dirty upon arrival. It was promptly replaced though after we pointed it out.

the hotel includes a large indoor parking area . there is also a gym and spa for external use. the pool offers a relaxing way for both adults and children to unwind after a long day.

The room was spacious. It featured a nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. i found the bed very comfortable. the rooms have good air conditioning so you always have the perfect temperature.

the staff was very helpful and kind. the reception was professional. they were always willing to help! the hotel staff are attentive and provide excellent service overall.

friendly staff room upgrade excellent dishes
The breakfast was great with many dishes available! Staff were friendly and fast during check-in. I got a room upgrade too and it had a nice view!
The spa gets quite busy and is a bit small.

small shower bathroom floor
the breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options.
The bathroom design was awful. The shower was so small, it felt uncomfortable. water poured onto the bathroom floor every time i used the shower. i had to use towels to prevent flooding, quite annoying.

the breakfast was acceptable.
The shower had a very small space. It was uncomfortable. water poured out onto the bathroom floor. i had to place towels under the shower door each time, yet water still poured out. I ended up with a half-flooded floor.

spacious rooms new technologies fast internet extra charge small pool crowded pool
The room was spacious. i noticed the new technologies like chromecast and the really fast internet. we also received slippers, bathrobes and towels for use . THAT was nice.
I was charged extra for a premium room with a supposed city view. the view wasn't anything special and the room wasn't on a top floor. THE pool was also quite small and crowded.

great location underground parking full equipment
Location it is amazing. Underground parking it is large! Gym had tons equipment. I will come back for sure.
Breakfast selection was a modest, tasting mediocre.
