vast selection clean room
The breakfast offered a vast selection of produce!!! The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Although the location is a bit from the center of town, it is right on the green line underground was great.
The hotel is sometimes quite busy, which can lead to longer wait times for elevators.

welcome wine clean facilities extraordinary views
The complimentary wine at check-in was a lovely surprise. The hotel facilities were very super clean and cozy. The views from my window were indeed extraordinary (it reminded me of a postcard view).
The elevators were a bit slow at times. Waiting took longer than I expected.

The hotel provides access to a large gym. It is across the road and included a free voucher. Live piano music created a nice ambiance, especially every evening in the lobby. The hotel provides several tramlines and the metro line a just in front of it.

The hotel has good public transport links, and this makes travel easy. The metro is just around the corner, a VERY short walk. A supermarket across the road is handy for any necessities.

Breakfast offered a wide range of options for everyone. I found that dishes and beverages were delicious at breakfasts. The breakfast buffet was open for a long time.

The staff offered Really good service from arrival to check-out. I received a surprising welcome and goodbye gift. That was charming. The staff members were always helpful, and this added to my experience.

The breakfast had many choices. I also used the executive lounge and found it a great addition. The beds were comfortable. The room was large and had a great view.
The cleaning had many issues. We informed reception about many things. More attention should be given when they clean the room. They especially need to change sheets and clean bathrooms with more attention.

friendly staff welcome drink convenient location
i found the staff very friendly and accomodating i especially appreciated the welcome drink and the water bottles provided upon checkout the hotel itself had a pleasant fragrance i also enjoyed the executive lounge with a wide selection of drinks and food the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. the piano concert in the lobby created a nice atmosphere. i asked for a quiet room and i received it. the nearby metro station made transportation easy. metro station access was convenient for reaching the city center quickly.
it would be beneficial to address these maintenance issues.

the rooms were clean and well equipped i had shampoo and conditioner available as well as a functional hairdryer in the bathroom the rooms provided ample space the bed was comfy and the hotel gave a complimentary bottle of wine.

warm room no change
The room i stayed in, a standard double or twin room, was too warm. i turned the ac down to its lowest setting, but it remained uncomfortably hot was great. i told the concierge about the issue. They assured me an engineer would check it while i was out. there was no improvement when i returned. the uncomfortable heat persisted throughout my stay, ac malfunction.
