the hotel was clean i noticed housekeeping maintained excellent standards. luggage storage was complimentary which was convenient after i checked out i appreciated the service. the staff accommodated a one-hour extension for my checkout at my request.
i found the car parking space very limited upon arrival after an eight-hour drive. securing a parking spot proved challenging so i hope this issue gets addressed soon.

The hotel location near Wenceslas Square was good. It was easy to walk to many historic sites. Our suite was super clean, I noticed every floor, glass, and mirror GLEAMED. Housekeeping performs a top job. Breakfast included many selections. The omelette station was especially nice.
The restaurant staff seemed unhappy. I hardly got a smile. It did not affect their work though. The hotel would benefit from a pool.
