the location is great , very close to the airport terminals. the room was spacious and quiet, a real plus. i also appreciated the quick check-in and check-out services. luggage scale was available downstairs.

the menu had very few options and did not cater to vegetarians.

I found the pillows too soft, they didn't offer enough support. this gave me a bit of a headache in the morning. also, the room service menu was surprisingly limited. the hotel is right by the terminal exit. it made catching my early flight stress-free. the lobby was very excellent. my room was big, comfortable, and clean. i appreciated the easy access to dining.

the minibar was empty . it was turned on, but there were no drinks or snacks available. this was a small inconvenience but noticeable.

The room had ample space. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good (i ESPECIALLY liked the variety of juices). The location is very convenient for early morning flights.

I found the signage a little confusing. It could be improved to help guests navigate from baggage claim. I believe this would be beneficial for first-time visitors.

The hotel is connected directly to the terminals. This made my early morning departure stress-free. I found several dining options within easy walking distance. The room included convenient luggage storage benches and a very comfortable bed.

large room comfortable bed easy check-in missing spoon cold soup free wifi

the room was large and comfortable the beds and pillows provided great sleep. check in was easy i appreciate the double-long luggage bench. it allowed two people to place their luggage comfortably.

the room service was not great a spoon was missing from my soup order. it took 20 minutes to arrive after i called the soup was cold. the free wifi did not work i used my phone as a hotspot.

extra charge lack of water fountains

the room was clean the bed was comfortable

i found that the hotel charged extra for water which i didn't expect there were no complimentary bottles in the room i also noticed a lack of water fountains near the pool and sauna i thought this was inconvenient since guests may need to rehydrate after using these facilities
