central location helpful staff unclear directions slow check-in

the location was very central. i found myself near many attractions, this proved very convenient for exploring. the staff where friendly and helpful, they answered every question i had.

the check-in was NOT very smooth. i was told my room was not ready immediately. the directions to a nearby attraction could have been more clear, it was difficult to locate it.

broken mirror unfriendly staff

the location WAS really Central, near the fortress and shops.

i am a bit dissapointed. our room felt old, the mirror was BROKEN and some staff weren't very nice. the shower was also broken making it hard to use.

the location proved convenient, with access to various attractions.

The room i received seemed smaller than anticipated, differing from photos online. additionally, during breakfast, i observed staff seemingly discouraging a la carte orders, despite their availabilitywith an unwelcoming atmosphere.

historical charm excellent service

river view excellent location really good assistance

i liked the room it faced the river and also had windows on the side toward the building next door the hotel's location was excellent the reception staff provided really good assistance i did not have breakfast there was not much else to mention about the hotel

i found the number of stairs to the room problematic it was challenging with luggage and for my mom who uses a cane room 100 had considerable stairs and i should have accepted help with the luggage sooner
