The building has great views and a clean, fresh scent throughout. the decor is beautiful and the staff are fantastic! i found the breakfast excellent. There was a great variety for the price. it was an easy way to start the day!

I found i was charged 15 euros per day per person for the shuttle to st mark's square. it was not checked if i used it. this seems like an unnecessary extra cost.

The rooftop swimming pool has fine views over the city. I found it an absolute treat! there is also a spa available, with various treatments, that guests can book. the hotel provides a private boat service, offering easy access to central areas.

The hotel is located directly on the water, away from the tourist crowds. This makes it a relaxing place to stay! you can reach restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities within a few minutes. it is not directly in the center.

mixed feelings about this stay

plumbing noisestrange fragrance

The air conditioning kept turning off, that was really annoying especially since it was so hot. the fragrance sticks they use smelled weird, almost like it was trying to cover up a smell. the plumbing also made strange bubbling noises when i used the water, that was pretty gross. I found all of these issues really frustrating.

The rooftop pool was acceptable.

The minibar fridge did not work. A technician fixed it, but it stopped working again the next day. the breakfast was disappointing. It looked abundant, but the quality was not good (especially considering what i paid, wow).
