I enjoy the breakfast selection. There was so many food options for me. The pool area had clean sun beds and different areas to choose from. I like that I can order foods and drinks at the pool side.

The room was very hot. The hotel said the air conditioning system are regulated for hot. The hotel offered me a fan. That was a big surprise.

the staff were attentive. they addressed requests promptly.

this meant early morning noise. also, floor sanding occurred in the communal area near reception. the climate control did not work well.

Wonderful stay!

I appreciate the Executive Lounge. Anastasia, Sonu, Massimiliano, Carlos, and Krasimira took such good care. Bartenders Armand and his team from Quaterdeck Bar provided super service. My room was clean and spacious, with a nice sea view, a comfortable bed, and pillows.

I notice noise problems. Scraping noises from above disturb sleep. It will be good if this is improved. But overall, my stay was good!

The hotel has several pools, but some are limited to certain age groups, so I did not use them with my family. The gym offers free weights, cardio equipment, and is open to the public. Expect busy times.
