the location was great. It was CLOSE to valletta and easy to get around.

the room had a problem. the tv REMOTE just NEVER really worked and i was annoyed. i TRIED replacing batteries but nothing worked.

i enjoyed the hotel location. it was prime for visiting valletta. the walk to the central part was easy. the staff seemed always friendly to me.

the hot water system had problems . they said they had plumbing issues. i had to shower in Another room and it was inconvenient. the bar service was slow and disorganized.

My Beautiful double room had a partial sea view and it was Super clean. The daily housekeeping services kept everything tidy. I also really appreciated the turn-down service EVERY evening. Breakfast offered MANY choices, and the presentation was lovely.

the hotel offered a great experience. The location was near transport options. i found the pool area to be clean, with an attentive staff providing for needs.

i noticed the gym lacked changing facilities. this made it inconvenient to transition from exercise to other activities.

The hotel staff are friendly. They are also helpful. The staff turned down beds and left a chocolate each evening. It was a nice touch. Concierge was superlative and Restaurant service was well managed.
